I own a release of a
software program and my hardware lock got destroyed in the hurricane. The
software company says I have to buy another whole package. Can you help me
out or direct me in another direction.

I am very interested in
your software because once the hardware lock broke down and the company
took 3 weeks to ship me the replacement and I couldn't use the protected
software for that long.

My problem is that I have
software which cost around $3,000.00 to purchase that requies a dongle to
run. The company has since gone out of business and, if the dongle which I
am presently using fails, I won't be able to run this software.

We have over $25,000.00
invested in our software. The software company has abandoned us as
customers since we have not upgraded all of our CAD systems with Windows95.
Their software 'maintenance' program only supports the latest version of
their product (i.e. for Windows 95) as does their technical support team.
The problem with their latest version is that many functions and features
which are critical to our design and manufactuirng process have been
eliminated from the product since "most of their larger customers
don't need these features". We've tried to purchase extra security
locks to be compatible with our system as insurance against future failures
(we've already had one) but the software company has denied our requests.
In effect, they are keeping us from securing our future in product design
and development. If any more of our security keys become damaged, we're in
serious trouble.

I am a reseller that has
a customer with an old program (company now out of business) who has need
of archiving his software on a backup system. The software is protected
with an ancient, maybe one of the first dongles.

We use several programs
which all use dongles. With all these programs there are problems with
block failures and problems running under MS Windows NT.

We have a program and
have tried to run a Hewlett Packard color printer throught the
"dongle" that was supplied with this software. Our old nine pin
dot matrix black and white printer ran just fine through the
"dongle" but when we tried to run the new color printer it was a
complete failure. We called the software manufacturer with our problem,
they were not interested in solving it to our satisfaction.

I currently use a
software program at work. The problem that I have is that I have to
remember to move the dongle every time I want to work at home. My work is
30 miles from home, and I have made the trip several times to retrieve the
forgotten key. Is there a way to eliminate the need for moving the key when
I want to change work location.

I have an old version of
a software and lost my computer and hardware in a recent moving experience.
The company won't give me a new key since I lost the original paperwork and
paid by postal money order. I do however still have the software and
recently bought a new computer. Any help would be appreciated as the
software cost me $2500.00

I have had many problems
with a dongle and would like to buy your product. I get random messages
that the security block is missing - -sometimes re-booting will fix it,
sometimes not.
