When all else fails

In addition to free tips and advice, SafeKey International has developed a number of software packages to help protect companies from hardware lock problems. Our software is designed to emulate your lock device perfectly, enabling you to store the original hardware lock in a safe place and avoid such problems as theft and damage to the lock.

Each of our software packages includes a special program designed to read the contents of your lock device. We've made free versions of these lock reading programs available on our web page to help you prepare for lock failures in advance. (See our Free Backup Software page for more information.)

Why wait?

Of course, you may wish to purchase a complete package from us before your hardware lock fails. With our emulation software in place, you're free to keep your lock device separate from your work environment, minimizing the risk of lock damage or theft. You'll be protected from suffering the losses that lock problems can create in downtime and replacement costs. And, because your lock functions will be emulated in software -- with no need to access the lock's speed-sensitive circuitry -- you will avoid the problems that upgrading to faster computers can cause for users of dongle-protected software.

You must be a licensed user of your software

Our products are sold for the purpose of protecting your investment against lost, stolen, defective or incompatible lock devices. These products are intended for licensed software users only and must not violate the terms and conditions of any license agreement. Under no circumstances should our products be used with any illegal copy of a licensed program.

How do I know which software package to order?

First, determine what kind of hardware lock device you have. Your hardware lock device should have a brand or model name either written or engraved on it. (If it doesn't, or if you're not sure which version of our backup software you need for your lock, feel free to contact us and we will try to help you identify your lock.)

Once you've determined what hardware lock you have, simply email your order to sales@safe-key.com. Please include the type of hardware lock and the operating system or systems you need our software to run on. You can also contact us by phone, mail or fax.

Our guarantee

SafeKey International, Inc. guarantees that our software will work. If for any reason our software doesn't work on your system, we'll make it work or we will promptly refund your money.

We also provide all our customers with a 30 day New Version Protection. If you receive a new version of your protected software application within 30 days of purchasing our product and for any reason our product does not perform to your satisfaction, we will provide an update free of charge (shipping and handling charges extra).
